Returns & Exchanges

A few details to help you arrange a return or find the right exchange.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

You are responsible for return shipping costs unless your item arrived damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item. Please contact OPTICAL before sending a return so we can provide return instructions.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 14 days of you receiving your order. The same item-condition requirements apply. Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

If your requested exchange item is unavailable, we will offer store credit or a refund.

Final Sale

Sale items, discounted items, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been inspected and approved, we will issue your refund to your original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact OPTICAL as soon as possible. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help.

How to Start a Return

Email opticalarchive@gmail.com with your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or exchange. For exchanges, include your preferred item and size.
